Finally! You've arrived! When you get to your destination, take a brisk walk, a run, swim, or head to the gym for a workout. Get outside if you can and catch some sunlight, which can reset your body’s internal clock to the new time zone.
We love naps. But taking a nap after a long flight can upset your sleeping patterns at night while traveling. You’ve probably been crammed into a plane all day, and walking will get you some badly needed fresh air, help your blood circulation, and get your body moving. You will sleep better too.
